If the district resolution is not resolved satisfactorily, one may file an appeal. The full procedure for an appeal is located here:
Our district will maintain a complaint tracking database as applicable with our full district name, name of school where complaint was originated, name of school principal, date complaint was filed, name of person filing complaint, nature of complaint and the resolution of the complaint and whether it was resolved at the school, district, State (SED), or federal U.S. Department of Education (USDE) level.
