We had wonderful participation at our Open House / 75th Anniversary Launch off event.

Brant Elementary

Brant Elementary will launch the first of several events in celebration of our upcoming 75th anniversary in the spring of 2010. We mean launch - literally. Our Open House on September 16th this year will begin with a brief ceremony and rocket launch at 6:30 pm.
In addition to having parents and teachers meet, Brant will host an ice cream social and PTG book fair in the gym. At 7:30 pm, everyone is encouraged to be part of the special "glow in the dark" photo. We will have a professional photographer here who is very experienced at organizing large group photos. She will arrange everyone to stand in formation for a rooftop photo of our Brant children, parents, staff and community as a giant shooting star.
This will be our third "aerial" photo and it is amazing to see that it only takes about fifteen minutes to get everyone in place with minimal direction. More details are being sent home in the next few days. In the meantime, please be sure to have a black T-shirt or top you can wear or bring to the Open House to wear for the photo.
Our shooting star theme is "Together, we make our wishes come true."

PLEASE NOTE: The Special Education Office has moved from the Sr. High School to the W. T. Hoag Elementary Annex Building located at 42 Sunset Boulevard, Angola, NY.
