Activity : Lock In 2008

On May 31st fifty-four middle school students took on the challenge of sleeping in cardboard boxes to raise money for our local Operation Good Neighbor and Friends of the Village. The result was over 1,000 conversations, the collection of 13,551 returnable cans and bottles and $4,692.90 to help people in our own community. Over the three years that this activity has taken place, the Middle School has raised a total of over $7,500. Let's work to break a total of $10,000 in 2009!!!
