The List
(973k)
We use this everyday with my 4 kids. The Lists are on the refrigerator and each kid has a magnet that they move from the Not Done side of The List to the Done side of The List. We also added an incentive (25 cents per day) for getting The List done with no reminders. It helps to reduce the amount of times we have to say 'did you brush your teeth?' 'did you eat breakfast?' etc. Now it's just...'is your list done?' Print them out and try them....let me know what you think.

Daily Behavior Report Card Example
(17k)
Here's an example of a daily behavior report card. These are great tools to address a wide variety of concerns in school and home. They are most effective when the family is able to follow through at home with predetermined rewards and consequences. If you're interested in using a daily behavior report card, your building's school psychologist can help costumize a report for you.
