Mix Goes To State Championship |

Thursday, 25 February 2010 |
Pat Mix, a junior at Lake Shore avenged his lone loss Friday, February 12th at the Sectional Qualifiers. His 3-2 victory over Zach Fumerelle was an accomplishment that Lake Shore has been waiting for over the past 30 years. He is a talented young athlete that still has not reached his true potential as a wrestler. Pat is always working to improve and does not settle for anything less than the best when he is on the mat. Pat will compete this Friday, February 26th in Albany, New York for a State Title.
Other sectional contenders were Sophomores, Matt Valliere, John Inglut, and Junior Tim Ravel. Ravel place 3rd and Valliere placed 6th at the qualifiers. Each of the wrestlers had victories over wrestlers they had lost to earlier in the tournament. Way to go, Lake Shore Wrestlers!
