3rd GRADE READY FOR SUCCESS PROGRAM UNDERWAY AT HIGHLAND |

All third grade students at Highland Elementary are currently participating in the READY FOR SUCCESS Program.
This prevention and early intervention curriculum builds cognitive,
pro-social and self-management skills by teaching about and encouraging
the development of these skills. Success in school and beyond requires
these skills. Students will participate in a variety of sharing circle
activities and discussions to help them develop academic and social
competence. During the program students will increase their awareness
and knowledge of personal safety, cyber bullying, bullying prevention,
empathy, stress management, study skills and peer relations.
