The Eagles invited alumni to the event, and what a great showing it turned out to be.  Over twenty-five alumni made an appearance to support the Eagles, with record attendance for a Lake Shore Wrestling match.  Coach Sills would personally like to thank everyone for coming and showing their support;  “The wrestlers thought it was great that they were able to shake the hands of so many great alumni, it was very powerful as the guys came out to win with a statement.  l hope the alumni enjoyed it as much as my wrestlers did.” The Eagles hope to honor even more alumni as they will continue this as an annual event.  Special thanks to Maria Inglut, Sue Sills, Bill Sills Sr., Jennifer Sills, Jill Clark, and Erin Clark for all their help in putting this wonderful event on. 

It was another successful night for the Eagle Wrestlers as they beat Williamsville South 56-17.  They now improve to 6-2 on the season.  They are ranked 7th in WNY and third in the AAA division, behind Cheektowaga and Iroquois.   The Eagles were lead to victory  with pins from Brett Colling, Tim Densmore, Pat Mix, John Inglut, Marc Muscarella, Joe Catalano, and Matt Valliere.  Tim Ravel gets the tech fall and others that contributed are P.J. Gahagen and Mike Steffan.  Great job Eagles.
