Art Sparks

"Art Sparks" is the Lake Shore Central Middle School Art Club that is open to all students who have a sincere interest in art. "Art Sparks" usually meets bi-weekly (art club is cancelled when sponsors have a meeting) in the Art Rooms during 11th period and then the students take the 3:00 bus home. One or two events might be until 5:00 and then the students will take the 5:00 bus home. Club sponsors are Mrs. Neumann and Mrs. Wade, middle school art teachers in room 322 and room 327.

Art club activities are enrichment activities for students who want to go "above and beyond" art class and who want to do more exploration and experimentation with ideas and materials. Occasionally, art club does community service projects and special projects to brighten the Middle School environment.
