Board Priorities for 2007-08

1. By June 30, 2008, student achievement in grades 3-12 will improve by 10% on the New York State Assessments.


2. By June 30, 2008, the District will establish an efficient communications process that is organized, consistent, and informative with the internal and external School- Community as evidenced by written procedures and expectations.


3. By June 30, 2008, the Board of Education will demonstrate fiscal responsibility by examining and evaluating current programs, practices, and facilities and their use, and will base budget decisions on the results of these evaluations and emergining needs. 


4. Beginning with June 30, 2008, the graduation rate will increase each year until it reaches 100% by June 30, 2017.
