All Students -
We are working on report cards all this week. They should be mailed next Monday.

Freshmen - Did you know? Students need a 50 or higher final average in a class to be eligible for Lake Shore's summer school.

Juniors - Most colleges will accept either the SAT or the ACT standardized tests. There are only two colleges in the United States that do not accept the ACT. Those are: Central ME Medical Center School of Nursing, ME & Harvey Mudd, CA.

Seniors - Students' October SAT scores have just been made available on-line. To view their scores, students should sign in to their collegeboard.com My Organizer account and click on "SAT Status" in the SAT Registration & Scores section. Students who registered by paper can access their scores on-line by creating a free account, if they don't already have one, and providing their registration number (printed on their Admission Ticket or available from Customer Service). The College Board will send scores from the October and November SAT administrations by two-day priority delivery to colleges for Early Decision/Early Action program consideration. Most colleges accept October and November scores for ED/EA programs. Students should check with the colleges to which they are applying to see when SAT scores are needed.
