The Character Education Theme for December is Caring

The weekly quotations are:

Week 1:         If you want others to be happy, show them that you care about them. If you want to be                        happy, be generous to others that could use your help.

Week 2:         Life's most important question is: "What are you doing for others?"

Week 3:         How have YOU cared about others this month?

Parents:

Our annual Christmas Basket Food Drive is now underway. Those that wish to participate in this worthwhile project are asked to bring in donations of canned foods such as fruits, vegetables, meat, and juices, or dry foods such as rice, cereal, crackers, and cake mixes. All canned items must be in metal containers and items that are commercially prepared can be distributed to needy families. Donated items can be sent in with your child or please feel free to drop them off when visiting the school.

Your donations will help to make this holiday season a little more enjoyable for those that need this assistance. Your donations may be placed in the decorated box under the Christmas Tree in the lobby. We will be accepting donations until December 13^th. Thank you for CARING about those that need our help.
