The Boys Modified Basketball team won their 7th game of the season 44-33 over a tough Lackawanna team. The Eagles were led by:
Mark Kennedy with 23 points, 7 rebounds, 4 blocks, and 4 steals;
Ryan Spears with 6 points and 12 rebounds;
David Burke with 5 points and 6 rebounds;
Curtis Cala with 4 points and 12 rebounds;
and Clark Brueckl, Patrick Gilman, and Billy Pinter with 2 points each.
The mod-squad overcame a 7 point half time deficit and sealed the victory by shooting 10 of 14 from the free throw line in the 2nd half. The Eagles have an overall record of 7 wins and 6 losses and their 6th win in their last 7 games.
