The following students represented LSC at ECICs this paster weekend at JFK high school: Steve Paternostro, Scott Dillion, Andy Zamrock, Nick Tyler, Gary Ippolito, Frank Ridge, Shawn Gubala, Alex Abramo, Erin Parker, Becca Hontz, Mikelle Cala, Kim Vona, Marguerite O'Connor, Amy Kushner, Jen Cook and Haile Roche.

School records were beat once again by senior Steven Paternostro in the 100hurdles with a time of 15.5 and the 400hurdles with a time of 55.10. Scott Dillion also broke the school steeple chase record with a time of 10:06. Sophomore Erin Parker took first place in the Pentathlon as well with a score of 2570 points. Both 4x800 relays reached new personal record too. The girls relay made up of Mikelle Cala, Kim Vona, Amy Kushner and Marguerite O'Connor ran their relay in a new time of 10:18 while the boys' relay made up of Scott Dillion, Frank Ridge, Gary Ippolito and Nick Tyler ran their relay in 8:58.

The following student athletes also qualified for Section Six Sectionals: Steve Paternostro for 100 and 400 hurdles, Becca Hontz for shot put, Erin Parker for the pentathlon, Haile Roche for the 100 and 200m runs, Jennifer Cook for triple jump and Mikelle Cala for the one and two mile races.
