Notice regarding food recall for Rich Products with possible e coli contamination
Lake Shore Central School District's cafeteria contractor, Personal Touch Food Service Inc. assures the District that it has not and will not purchase preprocessed frozen foods manufactured by Rich Products under the "Farm Rich" label. Please know that the District will monitor the information from the food recall to insure that none of our food served in our cafeterias throughout the District is effected. If by chance some product not currently included in the recall was to be served and is later identified to be included in that recall, the District will take whatever steps are necessary to insure that the product is no longer used and that parents of our students are promptly notified, to insure the health and safety of our students.
