Waugh School. Various levels of emergency response protocol within the plan were tested. The drill culminated with an Evacuation to the First Congregational Church of Christ with the assistance of Reverend Jack Bacon, and student dismissal from that location. The emergency responders on site were pleased with the reactions of the staff and students at the school. They were equally impressed with the procedures in place and were grateful for the opportunity to participate and to offer suggestions on how to improve the plan. The J.T. The school will continue to work with Lieutenant George to assure the safety of everyone within the J.T. Waugh School.
